What we collect and why

Enquiries. Name, email, phone and your message, used to respond to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Registration. Name, email, company and phone, used to operate your account, verify applicants and control access to confidential property information. Lawful basis: contract and legitimate interests.

NDA records. When you request access to a confidential listing we record your name, the time of signature, your IP address and the NDA version, because these records evidence the agreement. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.

Activity records. We log views, downloads and enquiries against listings in order to report marketing activity to our instructing clients. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Account data is retained while your account is active. Signed NDA records are retained for 6 years after signature, reflecting limitation periods for contractual claims.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use processors to run this website (hosting, database and email providers) under data processing agreements. Where you request access to a confidential instruction, we may confirm your identity and interest to the instructing client.

Your rights
